Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your service.
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on the Website.
For corporate accounts or repeat clients, payment terms may be extended upon approval, with invoices payable within 14 days of receipt.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of [X]% per month on the outstanding amount until payment is made in full.
For certain bookings, we may require a security deposit, which will be refunded after the service, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
Special Events: Bookings for special events (e.g., weddings, corporate events) must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If the client fails to show up at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative service will be provided where possible.
You and your passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to our chauffeurs and vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your passengers will be your financial responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring that your luggage complies with our vehicle's capacity and weight limits. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.
If you are traveling with children, you must inform us in advance so that appropriate child seats can be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are seated safely.
While we strive to provide timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend allowing extra time for your journey.
Our liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
