    2. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our sole discretion.
    3. The rates displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary based on the final service details, including distance, time, and any additional services requested.
    4. All vehicles are fully licensed and insured, and our chauffeurs are professional, experienced, and licensed to operate within the UK.
  3. Booking and Payment

    2. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any misinformation may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking.

      Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your service.

    3. Payment Terms:
    4. Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on the Website.

      For corporate accounts or repeat clients, payment terms may be extended upon approval, with invoices payable within 14 days of receipt.

    5. Late Payment:
    6. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of [X]% per month on the outstanding amount until payment is made in full.

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    2. Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

      Special Events: Bookings for special events (e.g., weddings, corporate events) must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    3. No-Show Policy:
    4. If the client fails to show up at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

    5. Company Cancellations:
    6. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative service will be provided where possible.

  5. Customer Responsibilities

    2. You and your passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to our chauffeurs and vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your passengers will be your financial responsibility.

    3. Luggage:
    4. You are responsible for ensuring that your luggage complies with our vehicle's capacity and weight limits. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.

    5. Child Safety:
    6. If you are traveling with children, you must inform us in advance so that appropriate child seats can be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are seated safely.

  6. Liability and Disclaimers

    2. While we strive to provide timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend allowing extra time for your journey.
