Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our customers while ensuring that our services are efficiently managed. To cancel your trip, simply find the "Delete" icon on your trip details page if you're using a computer. If you're on a mobile device, tap the "Actions" button and then select "Delete".
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be fully refunded. No cancellation fees will apply.
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
All Bookings made in the same day will not be entitled to refund
This section applies to bookings made for special events such as weddings, corporate functions, and other large-scale events.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund. No cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
A no-show occurs when the client does not appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and has not notified TaxiMore of any delay or change in plans.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be provided. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure that our chauffeurs are efficiently utilized.
TaxiMore reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, driver illness, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event that we need to cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule your service or receive a full refund. If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to you, the full amount paid will be refunded.
If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change of time, date, or pickup location), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee, depending on the nature of the change.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact our customer service team.
