What if I couldn't find my driver? +

Keep yourself calm and check your booking information we send you with the confirmation e-mail. Check your time, surroundings and make sure that you are on the right spot, right time where you were supposed to meet with your driver. After making sure that you are on the right spot at the right time, try contacting your driver according to the details we shared with you for the next 15 minutes. If your driver does not pick up the phone, give TaxiMore a call and we will provide you another private transfer as soon as possible.

How can i adjust my booking ? +

To change your booking, follow these steps:
1-Log in: Go to our website and sign in to your account.
2-Access ongoing trips: Find and click on the "Ongoing Trips" section.
3-Edit your booking: Locate the trip you want to modify and click the "Edit" icon.
4-Make adjustments: You'll be taken to the booking a page where you can change details like your travel dates, destination, or accommodations.

What happens if my flight is delayed? +

We require your flight number during the booking process so we can track its status in real time. If your flight experiences a delay or arrives early, we'll be prepared with a taxi waiting for you at the airport.

I forgot something in the car. What should I do? +

If you've left something behind in your car, please contact us immediately. We'll promptly reach out to the driver and arrange for the item to be returned to you as soon as possible.
